We want your experience here at Club Sock to be as easy as possible. Postage on all of our products is 100% FREE. It’s as simple as that. We use Royal Mail to send our socks, and they are carefully packaged to ensure they will fit through any standard letter box. You do not need to wait in for your socks.

Not arrived?

Please allow a week from the date of your payment for your socks to arrive. If they haven’t arrived by this time, please send us a message and confirm your postage address in the message. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Our parcels contain return addresses, so if parcels are undeliverable they will be returned to us. If this happens, we’ll be in contact right away.




Faulty socks –Our socks are quality checked before being delivered to you to ensure that you only receive quality socks. Occasionally quality defects may slip through and if so we will be more than happy to exchange. Just get in contact with us and we will give you details of what happens next. Returns postage on faulty socks will be on us.

Other returns – Due to the nature of Club Sock, subscribers rarely know what socks they will receive before opening the package – this is part of the fun! For this reason, it is simply not viable for us to accept unwanted socks as returns. We urge you to try the socks on and give them a go. You may end up loving them!




As a monthly subscriber you have every right to cancel your subscription. We give have two easy ways to do this:

  1. Head over to My Account and log in. Simply click ‘cancel’ next to the subscription you wish to cancel.
  2. Send us a message on our contact page, or over social media, and we’ll get it cancelled for you. We may need to confirm a few details first to make sure the correct subscription is cancelled!

You’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before your next subscription installment is due for payment.


As a pay upfront customer, you may cancel your subscription and obtain a partial refund for unused months on your subscription. To do this you will need to contact us so we can process the refund manually. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your next socks are due to be shipped. You will be refunded pro rata for the unused months.
